Job Summary

Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of social media accounts across home renovation, construction, carpentry, and F&B sectors in Singapore. Develop platform-specific strategies, create engaging content, leverage AI tools, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu aligned with Singapore market trends and audience behaviors for multiple brand verticals.
  • Produce and schedule consistent, high-quality content including Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories, and static posts to engage target audiences.
  • Capture and edit basic photography and videography content using smartphones and basic gear to showcase products, site progress, food styling, and interiors.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic, CapCut AI, Runway) to generate captions, enhance images, edit videos, forecast trends, repurpose content, and optimize ad copy.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to enquiries, handling reviews, building trust, and encouraging user-generated content across accounts.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Xiaohongshu promotions targeting relevant local audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics weekly and monthly using native analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite; recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Monitor social media trends, viral formats, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Collaborate on cross-promotional campaigns and identify influencer and KOL opportunities to amplify brand reach.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting tone to suit each vertical's audience and objectives.

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

  • Experience in home renovation, interiors, construction services, or F&B marketing in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with social media management and editing tools such as Later, Buffer, CapCut, Canva Pro, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of influencer and KOL outreach in Singapore, especially for Xiaohongshu lifestyle and food creators.
  • Basic graphic design or SEO understanding.
