The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth in the commercial kitchen equipment market.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
Manage company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Create engaging content including product highlights, project showcases, case studies, videos, reels, and industry insights
Promote commercial kitchen equipment such as cooking appliances, refrigeration, dishwashers, stainless steel fabrication, and turnkey kitchen solutions
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to generate leads and inquiries
Collaborate with sales and project teams to showcase completed projects and customer success stories
Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement plans
Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and manage online reputation
Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content production
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, F&B, hospitality, construction, or industrial products is an advantage
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising managers
Ability to translate technical products into engaging and easy-to-understand content
Good copywriting skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
