Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with our creative team to design and produce interactive promotional social contentand maintain a smooth user interface for our e-commerce website. You'll be responsible for producing content that matches the brand's, aesthetic, andcontent strategy, including social media graphics design, websites, andpromotional artworks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design artwork for various online platforms such aspromotional banners, website & social media
  • Manage social media platforms and create shareablecontent
  • Create and design email newsletters for new products/promotions / campaigns
  • Research on global graphic design trends in electronics andcurrent social media trends
  • Update website timely (new products, change of product'scontent/design
  • Produce and edit photographic and video content
  • Edit company's internal document designs and layouts
  • Coordinate with other department/partnering companies/brandwith designing and content
  • Provide graphics or designs to support differentpromotions/events/exhibitions
  • Propose new design concepts/ ideas constantly and sharedigital marketing trends positively
  • Perform other duties related to content and design/visualcreation.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior(s)

Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging video content for social media platforms,websites, and marketing campaigns (e.g., short-form videos, ads, tutorials,promotional content).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams toconceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projects.
  • Edit raw footage using video editing software, including colorgrading, audio, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaignobjectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in video content, social media, anddigital marketing.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Video Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and publish short form video content for TikTok, InstagramReels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Develop engaging storytelling formats that capture attention in the firstfew seconds.
  • Research and implement trending content formats and viral hooks.

Video Filming & On-Camera Presence

  • Film marketing videos using smartphone or camera equipment.
  • Occasionally appear on camera as a presenter or talent for social mediacontent.
  • Work with the marketing team to create engaging educational, promotional,and lifestyle videos.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Plan monthly social media content calendars.
  • Brainstorm new creative concepts for video campaigns.
  • Identifytrending topics and adapt them to the brand.

Video Editing

  • Edit videos for social media using tools such as, CapCut, Adobe PremierePro, Final Cut Pro
  • Add subtitles, motion graphics, and transitions optimised for socialmedia viewing.

Graphic Design for Social Media

  • Design social media graphics, promotional posts, and visual creatives.
  • Create static visuals for Instagram posts, Facebook ads, and marketingcampaigns.
  • Ensure visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style.
  • Tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

AI Powered Content Creation

  • Use AI tools to improve content production speed and creativity.
  • Examples, AI video generation tools, AI video editing tools, AIvoiceovers, AI caption generation
  • Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Runway ML, Sora,Descript, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe AI tools, or similar AI tools

Performance Optimisation

  • Track performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyse which content performs best and improve future videos.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce high converting ad creatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Holds a diploma in visual art, design, mass communicationor related fields, with portfolio submission
  • Preferably with at least 1-year experience indesign/digital or related industry
  • Experience in videography with video skills is required, candidates with photography experience may also be considered
  • Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & PremierePro/ other video-editing software
  • Ability to transfer ideas to design
  • Ability to work under a fast-paced environment
