We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The role focuses on content creation, community engagement, campaign execution, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Content & Platform Management
. Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
. Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
2. Campaigns & Growth
. Execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches
. Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimise content strategy
. Collaborate with internal teams or vendors (designers, photographers, influencers)
3. Community Engagement
. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
. Build and nurture an active online community
4. Analytics & Reporting
. Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
. Prepare regular performance reports and insights
. Optimise content and campaigns based on data and results
5. Advertising
. Assist in planning and managing paid social media ads
. Monitor ad performance and optimise budgets where required
. Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time
