Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, implement social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)

  • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience

  • Track and report key metrics, analyzing the performance of campaigns and making data-driven recommendations

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize engagement and reach

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking

  • Support influencer marketing and partnership initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with social media management tools

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar)

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
