About the Role
Opus Media SG is an integrated marketing agency seeking a hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive to support campaign execution, content coordination, and performance reporting across client accounts. This is an execution-focused, project coordination role you will work across multiple platforms and client accounts under the supervision of the Business Director, with increasing ownership as competency is demonstrated.
This position is offered under the WSG Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) and is open to Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 40 and above.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Coordination
- Manage content schedules across multiple social media platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu
- Coordinate campaign deliverables between internal creative teams and clients
- Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely publication of content
- Support community management activities across client accounts
- Assist in campaign briefing processes and liaise with relevant stakeholders
Campaign Execution
- Translate client briefs into structured content plans
- Set up, publish, and monitor paid media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Coordinate production logistics for video and photo content shoots
- Track campaign timelines and escalate risks or delays to supervisors
- Apply platform-appropriate content strategies aligned to audience behaviour
Performance Reporting & Optimisation
- Analyse campaign performance data using platform-native analytics and third-party reporting tools
- Prepare structured campaign performance reports with data-driven insights for client delivery
- Identify underperforming creatives or targeting parameters and propose optimisation recommendations
- Track and interpret KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
Requirements
Essential
- Familiarity with at least one major social media platform (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Xiao Hong Shu) as a user or in a professional capacity
- Comfortable working with data ability to read basic performance metrics and draw observations
- Strong organisational skills able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advantageous (not required)
- Prior exposure to Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Iconosquare)
- Background in marketing, communications, events, or project coordination
- Familiarity with Xiao Hong Shu or TikTok content formats
