Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns across various channels
  • Develop the content strategy and creation for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook , Instagram ,tiktok, youtube , Google Adwords and WeChat.
  • Identify social media influencers that are aligned with brand positioning and target audience
  • Responsible for photography, videography and post-production for products and treatment processes.
  • Research on industry trending topics, and create content that engages our target audience
  • Integrate social media content with website content
  • Analyse social media ads for tracking performance and metrics with social media tools


  • Able to work on-the-go and willing to travel
  • Creative, tenacious and self-starter
  • Flair for social media writing
  • Ability to capture photos and videos in a visually appealing and engaging way
  • Has a good design sense with a keen eye for detail
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and ability to incorporate this into his/her work
  • Has relevant experience in producing content in a startup / content marketing agency
  • Familiar with posting on social media channels incorporating best industry practices
  • Able to multitask, work under time pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment
  • Able to work well in a team as you will be required to collaborate with different teams
  • Effectively bilingual (English & Chinese)
  • Knowledge of beauty / aesthetics industry will be an added advantage
