Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and share engaging content across social media channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to foster meaningful interactions and address customer inquiries
- Maintain social media calendars to ensure consistent posting aligned with promotions, events, and company milestones
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new engagement opportunities
- Track and report key social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve strategies
- Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to suggest and implement improvements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Expert
- Exceptional consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
- Proven experience in social networking and familiarity with social analytics tools
- Understanding of web design, web development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Knowledge of online marketing and proficiency in major marketing channels
- Upbeat attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational skills
