Fuse Concept is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and design-obsessed Social Media Marketer to help grow our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and beyond.

What You'll Do:
. Dream up and execute content strategies that show off our design magic.
. Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
. Create jaw-dropping posts, reels, stories, and mini videos (progress shots, moodboards, tips, testimonials-you name it).
. Engage with our community in DMs and comments with warmth, professionalism, and a touch of wit.
. Track what's working (and what's not) and tweak our strategy for growth and client leads.
. Launch and manage paid ads for promotions and highlight-worthy projects.
. Collaborate with our designers for fresh, real-time content from sites and studios.
. Spot the latest trends, hashtags, and collab opps with influencers and lifestyle brands.
You'll Love This Role If You:
. Have at least 1-2 years of social media marketing experience (bonus if it's in interior design, architecture, home, or lifestyle brands).
. Have a serious eye for style, aesthetics, and what makes a feed look drool-worthy.
. Know your way around Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or other creative tools.
. Feel confident filming and editing Reels/TikToks that don't feel like ads.
. Are familiar with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics (and aren't afraid of numbers).
. Are creative, organized, self-motivated-and a bit of a perfectionist (in a good way).
Bonus Points If You Also:
. Can snap gorgeous on-site photos or behind-the-scenes clips.
. Have experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
. Know a thing or two about SEO and website traffic growth.

. Create visually compelling posts, reels, stories, and videos to showcase design projects, site progress, moodboards, materials, tips, and testimonials.
. Handle daily posting, community engagement, and DMs/comments with professionalism and warmth.
. Track insights and prepare monthly reports to optimize growth, reach, and lead generation.
. Run and manage paid social campaigns to promote services, featured projects, or seasonal offers.
. Coordinate with design team to gather on-site photos, before-after transformations, and client feedback.
. Identify relevant trends, design hashtags, and collaborate with influencers or related lifestyle brands.
. Stay current on social media best practices, algorithm updates, and platform tools.
Requirements:
. Experience in social media marketing (experience in interior design, architecture, lifestyle, or home-related brands is a plus).
. Strong eye for design and aesthetics ability to curate a visually cohesive feed.
. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content tools.
. Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu marketing.
. Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
. Creative, self-motivated, and organized with great time management.
Nice to Have:
. Basic photography or videography skills for capturing content on-site.
. Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
. Knowledge of SEO and website traffic strategies.
