Job Description

This role is focused on elevating a B2B pharmaceutical brand's presence on LinkedIn by designing and executing a partner-focused content strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a monthly content calendar, ensuring all posts are tailored to deepen public partner relationships and drive measurable engagement. The position requires a strategic thinker who can link social media activity directly to commercial outcomes, providing clear reporting on engagement metrics and their impact on business development. The work is fully remote and requires immediate availability to commence within a week.

Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain a monthly LinkedIn content calendar with a minimum of 12 posts, aligned to key content pillars.
  • Draft compelling post copy and provide creative direction for visual assets, collaborating with the in-house creative team as needed.
  • Design and implement strategies for gated asset downloads to capture and nurture partner leads.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reports mapping engagement data (likes, shares, impressions, downloads, new followers) to specific partner accounts and commercial objectives.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for LinkedIn's B2B audience and supports measurable partner engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content with broader business development goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing B2B social media, with a strong focus on LinkedIn strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging, partner-centric content that drives measurable engagement and supports commercial objectives.
  • Expertise in developing content calendars, drafting post copy, and providing creative direction for digital assets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media reporting, mapping engagement data to business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with gated content strategies and lead generation via social platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to deliver at pace in a remote work environment.
  • Immediate availability to start within one week.
