About the Role

We're looking for a bold and creative-first Social Media Manager who is deeply tapped into digital culture and knows how to translate trends into compelling content. You'll own La Royale Group's social channels end-to-end, shaping how our brands show up across platforms through innovative formats, strong storytelling, and performance-driven execution.

You'll be hands-on and analytical, confident in testing new ideas, optimizing performance, and pushing creative boundaries without losing sight of brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Group-level and business unit accounts
  • Own a multi-platform content ecosystem across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels
  • Maintain a consolidated social media calendar to drive alignment, consistency, and cross-posting opportunities
  • Act as the social media lead for entities without internal teams; collaborate closely with in-house marketers where teams exist

2. Content Creation, Trends & Virality

  • Ideate, create, and publish engaging content across formats (short-form video, static posts, stories, reels etc.)
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, and algorithm shifts; translate them into timely, relevant content for the Group and relevant business units
  • Lead experimental and viral-first campaigns, testing new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches

3. Performance, Metrics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including reach, engagement, growth, click-through rates and conversions
  • Use insights and data to continuously optimize content, posting strategies, and campaigns
  • Translate performance results into clear recommendations and next steps for the Group and business units

4. Brand & Digital Presence

  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social channels while adapting creatively to each platform
  • Support website and digital content initiatives as needed to align social narratives with broader brand storytelling
  • Monitor community engagement, comments, and DMs, ensuring timely and on-brand responses

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Proven track record of running high-performing social media campaigns
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of major social platforms and their best practices
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to think boldly, experiment, and move fast
  • Highly analytical; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams and industries
