We're looking for a Social Media Manager / Admin to join our growing team at Crest Advisory! You'll manage our brand's online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook while also supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Schedule posts, track engagement, and maintain consistent brand presence
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate on social media campaigns to boost awareness and branding
- Maintain digital filing systems and organize internal documentation
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, email correspondence, and calendar scheduling
- Support internal team with meeting coordination and follow-ups
- Track social media analytics and suggest improvements to increase performance and reach
What We're Looking For:
- Strong writing skills for captions, content, and email correspondence
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or other basic design/video editing tools will be an advantage
- Comfortable with digital tools for scheduling, data entry, and admin work
- Diploma or higher qualification
