Job Summary
The role will be responsible for managing and supporting the digital presence, social media platforms, website operations, marketing campaigns, e-shop management, delivery platforms, inventory coordination, POS systems, and IT-related activities for both BB&B and La Marca Shop. The role combines creativity, digital marketing, customer engagement, technical support, and operational coordination to strengthen brand visibility, improve customer experience, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website, E-Shop & Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain company websites and online platforms
- Manage and maintain the e-shop platform for La Marca Shop
- Update website banners, promotions, menus, products, and content regularly
- Upload and manage product listings, pricing, and stock updates
- Coordinate and monitor inventory updates for BB&B and La Marca Shop
- Support POS system operations and updates
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, functional, and updated
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Coordinate with developers, hosting providers, or external vendors when required
- Improve GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) visibility for websites and digital platforms
- Ensure all website and online store information is accurate and up to date
2. Social Media Management
- Manage daily social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging social media posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Develop creative campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Coordinate seasonal, festive, promotional, and event campaigns
- Improve GEO visibility and discoverability across social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new marketing ideas
3. Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns
- Create promotional EDMs and email marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance and preparing monthly marketing reports
- Support online promotions, sales campaigns, and brand collaborations
- Assist with influencer collaborations and partnership opportunities
- Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
4. Delivery Platform & Online Marketplace Management
- Manage and maintain GrabFood and Foodpanda merchant platforms
- Update menus, pricing, promotions, operating hours, and product availability
- Monitor delivery platform performance and campaign results
- Coordinate promotional campaigns on GrabFood and Foodpanda
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on delivery platforms
- Ensure menu items, images, and descriptions are updated and accurate
- Coordinate with operations team regarding stock availability and online orders
5. Customer Engagement & CRM Support
- Assist with customer engagement activities across digital platforms
- Manage customer inquiries from websites, e-shop platforms, delivery platforms, and social media channels
- Support loyalty programs, newsletters, and customer retention campaigns
- Monitor online reviews and maintain positive customer interactions
- Assist with WhatsApp marketing and customer communication campaigns
