We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our Singapore Brand & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategising, planning, creating, and managing content across CHAGEE's social media channels, helping to grow our online community and strengthen our brand presence.
You will work closely with the team on campaigns, content production, community engagement, and influencer collaborations, playing an important role in bringing CHAGEE's brand stories to life across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative content creation and strategic planning and wants to contribute to the growth of a fast-growing brand.
Role Responsibilities
- Strategise, plan, create, and publish content across CHAGEE's social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu)
- Develop engaging captions and content concepts aligned with CHAGEE's brand voice and campaigns
- Identify and contribute to trend-driven content opportunities such as Reels and TikTok formats
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers
- Coordinate and manage KOL and influencer collaborations, including outreach, seeding, deliverables tracking, and content follow-ups
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns from content ideation to production and posting
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure timely content delivery and campaign alignment
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and marketing support tasks as needed
Role Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Good command of English, with the ability to write in a fun and engaging tone
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite
- Hands-on with content, comfortable with both creative planning and basic design/video editing
- Prior experience in social media or digital marketing would be a bonus
