Social Media Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels. If you enjoy engaging with customers, creating digital content, and supporting online marketplace operations, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, providing excellent customer service and sales support.
• Process online orders and coordinate with logistics partners on deliveries, returns, and parcel tracking.
• Handle customer feedback, returns, refunds, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Design promotional banners and marketing visuals using Canva (Photoshop is a plus).
• Update product listings, monitor inventory, and maintain marketplace content on Lazada and Shopee.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer service or online marketplace operations.
• Proficient in Canva Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiar with Lazada and Shopee Seller Centre.
• Able to work a 5.5-day work week (Saturday half-day).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TikTok Shop or live selling.
• Knowledge of parcel tracking platforms (e.g. Ninja Van, J&T Express).
• Basic video editing using CapCut.
