RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and execution of integrated social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Own end-to-end daily social media management across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X and/or emerging channels
- Execute content planning and maintain the social content calendar in alignment with campaign launches and seasonal storytelling
- Collaborate with creative teams and independently produce engaging, platform-native content (videos, reels, motion assets, stills) when required
- Execute digital and social campaigns to drive engagement, reach, brand relevance and performance outcomes
- Support influencer partnerships across organic and paid initiatives
- Monitor platform performance metrics, generate insights and recommend optimization strategies to achieve KPIs
- Conduct competitor audits and basic market research to identify trends and content opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for internal stakeholders
- Assist in paid social planning, monitoring and reporting
- Drive daily community management, fostering engagement, follower growth and active community participation
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce and Regional teams
Brand Governance & Platform Standards
- Support the implementation of brand platform governance across all social channels
- Assist in maintaining social media SOPs (content approval workflow, publishing processes, crisis response guidelines, reporting cadence)
- Ensure adherence to social media Do's & Don'ts, while maintaining consistency in tone, visual identity and messaging
- Safeguard brand standards and ensure compliance with platform best practices
Tools & Platform Acceleration
- Identify emerging social tools that improve publishing efficiency and performance tracking
- Support the implementation of platform management, analytics, listening, and influencer tools
- Contribute to workflow optimization through proper SOP documentation and reporting structures
- Stay updated on new platform features and industry innovations
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least 34 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of social content execution and digital campaign activation
- Experience working with social analytics tools and interpreting performance data
- Good copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after hours to support campaign launches and key activations
