Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:Lead the strategic planning and execution of global social media presence across Instagram, X, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, and other key platforms
Content & Creative Management:Lead the content creative team, develop brand-aligned content calendars, and execute high-engagement social campaigns
Community Management:Build and manage private communities on Discord and Telegram to drive user retention and brand loyalty
KOL/Influencer Partnerships:Identify and manage overseas KOLs and influencers, plan collaboration campaigns to maximize brand exposure
Data Analysis & Optimization:Monitor key metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, conversion, etc.) across platforms, generate regular reports, and optimize strategies accordingly
Crisis Management:Establish social listening mechanisms to promptly address negative sentiment and protect brand reputation
Budget Management:Plan and control advertising and content production budgets for social channels
Requirements:
Experience:6+ years of social media experience, including at least 2 years in team management
Industry Background:Experience in iGaming, internet, entertainment, or FMCG social media is preferred
Platform Expertise:Deep understanding of algorithms and engagement strategies on Instagram, X, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and other major platforms
Content Sensitivity:Highly attuned to trending topics, with strong creative planning and copywriting skills
Language:Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with the ability to create bilingual content and navigate cross-cultural communication(Liaise with Chinese clients from China)
Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
Soft Skills:Strong data sensitivity, ability to work under pressure, and excellent multitasking skills
