RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
. Collaborate with the photo/video team to ensure high-quality content capture at events
. Assist in the creation of engaging campaign content, including copywriting and project management
. Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and improve engagement
. Support influencer marketing initiatives as needed
. Adapt quickly to random campaigns and shifting priorities, demonstrating agility and a willingness to learn
. Coordinate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goals
Requirements
. Previous experience in social media management, preferably with agencies or B2B brands
. Familiarity with all major social media channels experience with influencer marketing is a plus but not mandatory
. Strong detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
. A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in on various tasks
