We are looking for a Social Media Intern / Part-Time Content Creator to support our social media presence, with a primary focus on short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

This role is suitable for entry-level candidates who are familiar with social media trends and are interested in content creation and digital marketing. You will work closely with team lead on content ideation and execution, supporting branding and recruitment initiatives for the agency.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time commitment
  • 3 days per week, 4 hours per day
  • 6-month duration (2 months probation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram Reels)
  • Assist in content ideation and brainstorming sessions with team lead, focusing on content that appeals to a younger audience
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Support recruitment-related content creation for the agency
  • Assist with basic video filming, editing, captions, and posting
  • Ensure content is engaging, shareable, and aligned with brand objectives
  • Regularly produced short-form video content published on social media
  • Content that is engaging, shareable, and suitable for TikTok
  • Support brand awareness and recruitment goals through social media

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome (students, fresh graduates, or early-career individuals)
  • Strong interest in social media and content creation
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video platforms
  • Experience creating social media or video content (personal or professional)
  • Understanding of youth trends and online culture
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing content (not mandatory)
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar tools)
  • Able to navigate social media platforms confidently
  • Creative, proactive, and open to feedback
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Portfolio or samples of past social media content (if available)
