A&A Social is a boutique social media agency that thrives on creativity, speed, and fresh ideas. We work with brands to ideate, produce, and execute content that not only performs but also inspires. Our team is small but mighty vibrant, energetic, and always pushing boundaries.

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to support both A&A Socials projects and our founders other brands. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys brainstorming creative ideas, and has an eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Assist with content filming for Instagram, TikTok, and (occasionally) YouTube.

Support in content ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, creative ideas.

Help with execution, including light video editing and scheduling posts.

Provide creative input on visual direction, storytelling, and aesthetics.

Requirements

Passion for social media and content creation.

Strong eye for visual aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.

Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar.

Proactive, creative, and open to collaboration.

Comfortable with a hybrid arrangement (remote + some in-person filming days).

Suitable for students, fresh graduates, or early-career content creators.

Work Arrangement

Part-time / internship / adhoc basis.

Hybrid: in-person when needed for filming, otherwise remote.

Pay will be discussed depending on arrangement.
