Digital Marketing:
- Expand the company's digital footprint through effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Manage social media channels to increase engagement and followers, translating into more inquiries and conversions.
- Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring data-driven decisions lead to improved marketing effectiveness.
Content Creation:
- Social media content creation, reels, videos, photoshoot.
- Develop and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent flow of engaging content, increasing audience interaction and content sharing.
- Supervise high-quality photo and video production to enhance brand storytelling and showcase projects effectively.
Events & Public Relations:
- Organize impactful interior design exhibitions and client events to enhance brand exposure and client satisfaction.
- Leverage media relations and P-R opportunities to increase media mentions and improve public perception of the brand.
Team & Budget Management:
- Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget to improve marketing ROI, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
