Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to establish Visionary Interior as a preferred choice in the interior design market.
  • Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all platforms, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic and improving lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, enhancing the sales pipeline.

Digital Marketing:

  • Expand the company's digital footprint through effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage social media channels to increase engagement and followers, translating into more inquiries and conversions.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring data-driven decisions lead to improved marketing effectiveness.

Content Creation:

  • Social media content creation, reels, videos, photoshoot.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent flow of engaging content, increasing audience interaction and content sharing.
  • Supervise high-quality photo and video production to enhance brand storytelling and showcase projects effectively.

Events & Public Relations:

  • Organize impactful interior design exhibitions and client events to enhance brand exposure and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage media relations and P-R opportunities to increase media mentions and improve public perception of the brand.

Team & Budget Management:

  • Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget to improve marketing ROI, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management.

Skills:

  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Brand Awareness:
    Increase in brand recognition and market positioning efforts.
    Growth in social media followers and engagement metrics.
    Improvement in brand sentiment and customer feedback.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    Number of new leads generated through marketing campaigns.
    Conversion rate of leads to sales.
    Increase in website traffic and time spent on site by visitors.
  3. Digital Marketing Performance:
    Improvement in SEO rankings and organic search traffic.
    Performance metrics for SEM campaigns, such as click-through rates (CTR) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
    Growth in email marketing open rates and click-through rates.
  4. Social Media Engagement:
    Increase in social media engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).
    Number of inquiries and conversions originating from social media channels.
  5. Content Effectiveness:
