The hiring company is a Global Technology & Social Media firm hiring for a Content Producer (Video Storytelling) on an initial 3-month (extendable) contract.
This role will work closely with a small cross-functional team to create engaging video content while providing feedback on product features and user experiences.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on social media creator who actively produces storytelling content, such as short-form narrative videos, webtoon adaptations, comic storytelling, or serialized social media stories, and understands what makes content go viral on modern platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form video content with a strong storytelling focus across digital and social media platforms
- Experiment with AI-assisted creative tools and content production workflows to produce high-quality content efficiently
- Evaluate and test product features designed for creators, providing practical feedback on usability, quality, and creative potential
- Collaborate closely with a small cross-functional team of engineers and designers to refine creator tools and content experiences
- Identify emerging trends in short-form storytelling and viral content formats across social media platforms
- Rapidly prototype content ideas and formats to demonstrate new storytelling possibilities
- Analyze and refine content based on audience engagement and platform performance trends
Requirements
- MUST HAVE: Portfolio of relevant content work (video or storytelling projects) is required
- 23 years of experience creating storytelling-driven content, particularly video content for digital or social platforms (professionally or even personally)
- Strong understanding of storytelling formats such as short narratives, webtoons, comics, serialized content, or creative storytelling videos
- Demonstrated ability to produce viral or high-engagement social media content (at least 1K followers, at least 1 viral video with 10K followers)
- Experience using content creation tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools or a passion for emerging creator technologies
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and viral content mechanics
