Social Media Content Creator

About the Role:

ChronoAI builds AI products and agentic tools - including NyxID (a secure credential gateway for AI agents), a growing portfolio of AI-native products. We've already built mature automated content pipelines. What we're missing is a real human voice behind them.

We're not looking for a strategist who plans from behind the scenes. We're looking for a creator who can't help but post - someone who already runs their own active accounts, lives on these platforms, and instinctively knows how to make AI tools feel real, useful, and worth following.

What You'll Do

• Build and run a matrix of personal-style accounts across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu - each focused on a clear AI-tool angle so the algorithm learns what it's about
• Produce tutorial- and experience-led short videos — on-camera demos, real use cases, I built this with X — that pull people in instead of reading like ads
• Post at near-daily cadence in a real-person + AI hybrid style, using our automation to scale without losing the human feel
• Figure out each platform's algorithm yourself, so accounts get recommended and trusted organically
• Build funnels that move viewers from an interesting video → a community → real product usage

What We're Looking For

• A genuine, restless drive to create and share. This is instinct for you, not a task, and it's the one thing we won't compromise on
• A proven track record running your own active account(s), with real organic traction you built yourself - not paid, not as part of a team
• Comfortable on camera as the human face of the content
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools - the learn it yourself, then teach it type (no development background required)
• Bachelor's degree or above - Marketing, Communications, Media, or a creative field preferred, but a strong creator track record matters more than your major

Strong pluses:

• Experience running a multi-account matrix
• An existing follower base or proven viral hits on TikTok, IG, or X
• Familiarity with the AI / dev-tools creator scene (Claude, Codex, n8n, etc.)
• Community or private-group building experience
