We're looking for someone who is both creative and organised - able to create engaging content AND keep our online store running smoothly.
Your Role
Content Creation (Primary)
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
- Capture real moments: kids, families, first ear piercing experiences
- Turn trends into brand-relevant, parent-friendly content
- Support campaigns, promotions & festive launches
Online Store Admin (Secondary)
- Manage product listings (upload, update descriptions, pricing)
- Process online orders and coordinate fulfilment
- Ensure product images and content are accurate and attractive
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory updates
- Reply to basic customer enquiries (online orders / products)
What We're Looking For
- Passion for social media & content creation
- Comfortable filming (bonus if you can appear on camera)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / similar)
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to handle both creative + admin tasks efficiently
- Positive, patient personality (family/kids environment)
Bonus Advantage
- Experience in retail / jewellery / beauty / kids-related content
- Experience managing Shopify / Shopee / TikTok Shop
- Basic design (Canva) or photography skills
