Social Media Content and Community Executive

Responsibilities and Duties
. Manage community submitted videos, editing to include banners or watermark as needed
. Ensure consistent and timely content publication
. Serve as the primary point of contact, actively interacting with the audience, responding to comments and messages, and sparking conversations to foster a strong online community.
. Monitor community sentiment, manage brand reputation, address concerns professionally, and escalate potential issues when necessary.
. Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and analyze performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize content strategies.
. Generate comprehensive reports on performance, engagement, and notable trends.
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to ensure social activities align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
. Understanding of the social media landscape, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors, particularly within Singapore's cultural context.
. Basic, video editing, and digital production skills.
. Creative flair and a strong command of the English language.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing trends.
