About the Role
This is a build-from-zero role focused on developing Corporate Rethink's internal marketing and brand presence.

We are looking for someone to take ownership of our social media and marketing efforts from scratch, while also gaining exposure to real client work in the business services space.

You will work directly with the owner and play a key role in shaping how the company is positioned and grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and grow Corporate Rethink's social media platforms from scratch
• Plan and execute content strategy (ideas, creation, posting, testing)
• Build and engage a community around the brand
• Drive internal marketing initiatives to increase visibility and inbound leads
• Explore and implement new marketing or business development ideas
• Leverage AI tools independently to improve content, workflows, and outreach
• Support clients work in similar domain where required

Who We Are Looking For

• No experience required, but must be highly proactive and resourceful
• Strong interest in business building and social media contents
• Comfortable with appearing on public-domain videos and presentation
• Able to take ownership and execute without close supervision
• Thrive in a flexible, non-structured work environment
