We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends and content creation, along with a desire to learn how to grow our employer brand. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing and expanding our social media presence across various platforms, contribute to content creation, and help analyze performance metrics, while boosting our engagement with prospective candidates and students.
Responsibilities:
- Create and assist in the production of content for branding and social platforms, including short-form videos, posters, graphics, and images
- Plan, film, and edit social media and campaign videos that reflect the company's brand voice and values
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns through digital media and engagement events
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather content inputs and schedule social media posts effectively
- Stay on top of social media trends and platform updates, contributing fresh ideas that keep content relevant and engaging
- Support the planning and execution of engagement events (e.g. career talks, outreach activities), including event collaterals and on-ground photo/video coverage
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or Media Studies
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or CapCut
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage timelines and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging copy for social media audiences
- Creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas for social media content, campaigns, and engagement events
- Team player
