Little Splashes Aquatics offers swimming lessons for infants from 3 months and older. We provide small-group, 30-minute lessons in an indoor heated mineral water pool, focusing on water confidence, safety, and survival skills.

Job Summary

Support administrative and marketing functions to enhance brand awareness and operational efficiency for a swim school specializing in infant swimming lessons.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the school's CRM system to ensure accurate student and class records
  • Verify billing accuracy according to published rates to maintain financial integrity
  • Manage social media communications to engage current and prospective clients
  • Promote branding and services through targeted social media campaigns and event coordination
  • Liaise with partners to develop and execute promotional collaborations
  • Coordinate with swim teachers and other departments to produce video content for marketing purposes
  • Collaborate with directors and managers to develop and implement marketing and branding initiatives
  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to increase market presence
  • Develop creative advertising concepts and design layouts for print and digital media
  • Create marketing materials including copywriting, brochures, EDMs, slides, and newsletters to support campaigns
  • Conduct market research on competitors campaigns and brand positioning to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand awareness and increasing market share
  • Drive digital marketing efforts focused on strengthening product branding and online presence
  • Manage and optimize website content and structure to improve user experience and engagement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels to increase customer acquisition
