HAIRLOOM - Social Media Content Creator
Role Overview
Hairloom is looking for a creative, fashion-forward Content Creator to produce engaging visual content that reflects our salon experience and attracts new clients across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in-salon
- Capture transformations, stylist work, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit and publish content with captions, music, and branding
- Maintain a clean, premium, and trend-driven visual style
- Plan and suggest content ideas aligned with trends
- Coordinate with stylists and clients during shoots
- Monitor performance and improve engagement
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in beauty, fashion, and social media
- Skilled in mobile videography and editing (CapCut, etc.)
- Good eye for aesthetics (lighting, angles, styling)
- Creative, proactive, and trend-aware
- Comfortable filming people and directing simple scenes
- Able to work weekends when needed
Bonus
- Experience in beauty/fashion content
- Photography or design skills
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
