Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static content that aligns with our brand identity.
Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day operations across our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling and posting.
Copywriting: Write catchy, engaging, and brand-appropriate captions, ad copy, and video scripts.
Community Engagement: Interact with our audience, respond to comments/DMs, and help build an active online community.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral audio, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Performance Tracking: Monitor post analytics, track key metrics, and optimize content strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio or creative sample links required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Copywriting: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Mindset: Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera (if needed).
Bonus: Experience with social media ad management (FB/IG Ads) or influencer outreach is a plus!
