About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team at JTE Recruit! You'll be in charge of building our online brand presence across key platforms-Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. If you're fun, resourceful, and love creating engaging videos, visuals, and stories that connect with people, we want you on board.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, IG Stories, interviews, day-in-the-life, etc).
- Craft content calendars and schedule posts across platforms.
- Track social media metrics, engagement, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with recruiters to produce recruitment-related content (e.g. success stories, tips, job highlights).
- Cover events or staff activities and turn them into fun, engaging content.
- Stay on top of social trends, memes, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirement:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
- Comfortable shooting content with a phone or camera (you don't need fancy gear, just creativity!).
- Strong writing skills for captions, posts, and campaigns.
- Bonus if you've grown a brand's TikTok or IG before!
- Independent, self-driven, and not afraid to pitch crazy or out-of-the-box ideas.
Nice to Have:
- Photography/videography portfolio.
- Experience managing paid ads on Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn.
- Copywriting or marketing knowledge.
- Sense of humour and a good eye for trends.
