This role will drive and execute the community initiatives of the Institute, supporting ISCA and its members in making a difference to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive ISCA Cares beneficiaries programmes, fund-raising initiatives, donor and stakeholder engagement, publicity efforts, and ensure operation efficiency and regulatory compliance
Drive and execute all the initiatives under the ISCA Charity Accounting Committee, and ISCA Do Good Taskforce
Partner with external stakeholders to establish ISCA Knowledge Hubs, enhance outreach, and deliver impactful programmes that meet community needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board, donors, community partners, and beneficiaries.
Plan and execute communication strategies to promote ISCA Cares programmes and initiatives
Regularly evaluate the impact of programmes and campaigns, proposing enhancements and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
A degree holder or diploma in accounting or business is preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the accounting, finance, or charity sector.
Experience in project/programme management, stakeholder engagement role or prior working experience in charity/non-profit sector
Current/previous accountant looking for a role in charity/community work will be welcome
Ability to manage and run projects independently and lead volunteers
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders
Possess strong project management abilities
Social media savvy
Passion for social impact and community service
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
