The Role

As Social Executive, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of social media content and campaigns across key platforms. Working closely with the Social Director and cross functional teams, you'll help bring social strategies to life through community engagement and creator partnerships. You're hands on, our culturally curious, and deeply plugged into social trends. You'll help ensure best-in-class execution that drives engagement and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Strategy Support & Channel Execution

  • Support the Social Director in executing social media strategy across all SEA native platforms (Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and emerging channels).
  • Assist in implementing platform roles, content pillars, posting cadence, and audience engagement strategies aligned to brand and business goals.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, trends, and best practices, and proactively share insights with the team.

Content Planning & Execution

  • Support the planning, briefing, and execution of social content across always-on and campaign initiatives.
  • Work closely with performance media, ad ops, content marketing practitioners to ensure content is platform-native and aligned with creative direction.
  • Review content to ensure it meets brand standards, platform relevance, and engagement goals.
  • Assist with content calendars, ensuring timelines, formats and deliverables are tracked and met.

Community Management & Audience Engagement

  • Support day to day community management including moderation, timely responses, FAQ frameworks, and sentiment tracking.
  • To identify audience relationships by fostering meaningful conversations and nurturing loyal communities.
  • Flag potential issues, insights or opportunities to Social Director and relevant

Creator & Influencer Support

  • Support Social Director on social-led creator programs that amplify reach and drive engagement.
  • Assist with creator research, brief support and ensure quality execution aligned with brand guidelines.

Performance Insighting & Optimisation

  • Support social reporting by tracking KPIs, performance metrics and benchmarks across platforms to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for future content and campaigns.
  • Support the use of social tools, listening platforms, publishing systems, and operational workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or community management roles
  • A keen interest in cultural and social trends, particularly for SEA's social and content landscape. Always connected to culture and obsessed with all things pop culture and current affairs.
  • Strong hands-on mindset with a self-starting & self-motivating personality;
  • Familiar with reporting, analytics, and content scheduling tools
  • Strong communicator verbally and in writing
  • Good time management skills; detail and process-oriented, comfortable with rigorous agency and client financial processes.
