Role Overview

We're looking for a fast, skilled video editor to be physically onsite during TOKEN2049 to capture, cut, and deliver short-form content in real time. You'll work directly with the content and social media team to turn raw footage into polished clips for same-day publishing across social channels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving raw footage from videographers and camera operators throughout the day
• Editing short-form highlight clips, speaker soundbites, and recap reels for immediate social distribution (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
• Cutting content to platform-specific formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1)
• Adding captions, lower thirds, branded graphics, and music per brand guidelines
• Coordinating with the social media and content leads on priority content and turnaround times
• Delivering final assets with turnaround on key moments
• Organizing and labeling footage throughout the day for archival purposes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in fast-turnaround event or live event video editing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, (After Effects a plus), Capcut
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a clip shareable
• Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or tech conference content is a strong plus
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Own laptop with editing software installed and ready to go
• Available for the full event day(s) onsite — no remote work for this role
