Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading operational or project based work and tasks, and coordinating or managing resources for Security Operations Centers.
  • 5 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing technical and non-technical groups to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
  • Experience in global operations in multiple countries and cultures.
  • Experience in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills leading multi-disciplinary teams in an international environment.
  • Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and subsequent monitoring.
