Job Summary

Drive growth of SOC-as-a-Service offerings powered by Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR. Engage C-level executives to sell high-value cybersecurity solutions, lead SIEM migration projects, and close enterprise deals in Singapore and ASEAN.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
  • Sell SOC, SIEM, and cybersecurity services with deal sizes ranging from SGD 50K to 300K+
  • Lead SIEM migration projects, transitioning clients from platforms like Splunk or QRadar to Microsoft Sentinel
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and facilitate solution discussions to align with client needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and successfully close deals
  • Partner with Microsoft to leverage co-sell opportunities and expand market reach
  • Engage confidently with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs) to understand business challenges and position solutions effectively

Required competencies and certifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT or cybersecurity sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value cybersecurity deals
  • Strong understanding of SOC, SIEM, MDR, and XDR technologies
  • Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft security solutions
  • Established network of enterprise clients in Singapore and ASEAN
  • Prior experience selling SIEM or SOC services
