Project Management: Lead diverse projects of varying complexity for account opening and/or cash management services, taking clients from deal won to live operation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Client Service, and Operations partners to enable business strategy and facilitate revenue growth.
Client Implementation: Implement structured project management tools and techniques while managing multiple client projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery within SLAs.
Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, follow-up, provide training, and maintain thorough communication.
Technical Support & Advisory: Support Corporate Bankers and Transaction Banking Sales staff with technical expertise on electronic banking products, solutions, and client training.
Sales & RFP Participation: Participate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities for complex working capital management solutions.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Document changes to policies and procedures arising during client onboarding; adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards.
