Implement career development and workplace learning strategies, interventions and tools to enable the adoption and implementation of Learning Continuum framework throughout the institution.
Design and implement capability development interventions to equip the People Matters team with competencies to provide consultative coaching for career, learning and talent matters.
Consult with and facilitate career development, learning and talent coaching for people leaders across the institution at various job group levels to develop their people leadership capabilities and motivation.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and external partners to implement development schemes and activities.
Manage learning and talent plans, reports, data analysis and evaluation
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of HR-related experience, with at least 5 years of experience in providing learning and career development-related services.
Demonstrated change management, L&D, talent management, and career development coaching competencies in the following:
[Critical] planning and implementing L&D, TM, career development strategies, identifying learning and career development needs of people leaders, developing and implementing learning and career interventions and tools, facilitating learning and career coaching conversations and change management
[Preferred but not critical] designing learning and career assessment tools, measuring impact of learning and career development interventions
Able to cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships and diagnose complex organisation capability issues in a matrixed environment
Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Good project management skill and comfortable working with figures and details.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Data visualisation skills and familiarity with SAP/Success Factor are advantageous
