Responsibilities
- Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery to meet business objectives and timelines
- Manage incident response and production support to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
- Apply troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve issues across applications, APIs, and systems
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence to facilitate team collaboration and project tracking
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals, report progress, and manage expectations
- Analyze system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to guide technical decisions
- Foster ownership and accountability within teams to drive project success in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proactively identify and solve technical and project-related problems to maintain momentum and quality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hands-on experience in software development, quality assurance, or site reliability engineering roles
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enhance deployment efficiency
- Experience using monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Splunk, or AppDynamics for system health insights
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile to support project management best practices
