- You will oversee and maintains nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Guide ward nurses on daily ward nursing duties and over see them
- Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff following up on work results
- Provide guidance for incident management and manage overall incident tracking for trend/pattern analysis
- Other duties assigned by DDON / DON
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
