Job Scope
- Perform laser unit installation and alignment on laser depaneling machines.
- Configure depaneling machines according to internal specifications and customer requirements, including camera calibration, field calibration, and software debugging.
- Conduct health checks on incoming laser units and coordinate with vendors to resolve defects or delivery issues.
- Maintain records of laser parts and optical components installed on machines.
- Support laser processing experiments and studies as needed, including laser cutting trials and measurements of processed samples.
- Troubleshoot laser-related issues on deployed depaneling machines once proficient.
- Provide customer training, demonstrations, and guidance on process parameters and machine operations once proficient.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and external vendors to develop solutions for unique customer applications once proficient.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or other related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences in automation industry
- Experience in optics and laser systems is advantageous
