Coordinate and deliver staff wellness, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding programmes.
Support the planning and execution of wellness activities, workshops, and staff engagement events.
Administer staff recognition and awards initiatives in accordance with organisational guidelines.
Manage communications and outreach for wellness and engagement initiatives across the organisation.
Assist in analysing employee feedback (e.g. engagement or pulse surveys) and support action planning.
Compile data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports and presentations.
Provide administrative and secretariat support to HR engagement and wellbeing-related committees.
Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
min. Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Health Management, or related disciplines.
Possess min. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, staff recognition and rewards, HR administration, or programme coordination, preferrably from a healthcare setting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
