Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits, and regulatory requirements across the region
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and accounting policies to support a robust compliance environment
- Drive regional process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Lead and develop regional finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and accountability
Requirement
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, controllership, or regional accounting leadership roles within a multinational organisation
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience managing multi-country reporting, audits, and compliance requirement
- Familiarity with manufacturing finance and costing methodologies, including inventory accounting, standard costing, and cost control processes, will be advantageous
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets and culture
