We are looking for a motivated and resourceful professional to join Technology Strategy & Corporate Functions, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, driving communication efforts, and managing key sector priorities.

Responsibilities :-
Strategy Execution & Transformation Support
- Track and report on technology transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
- Prepare dashboards, management reports, and progress updates for leadership and governance forums.
- Drive consistency and alignment across workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones and key dependencies are managed.
Communications & Presentation Development
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, briefing packs, and narratives for the CIO and Technology Leadership Team.
- Draft clear, structured content for internal communication channels, including sector updates, leadership messages, and townhall materials.
- Ensure communications are tailored to the audience and aligned with the sector's tone and messaging.
Technology Management Support
- Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, workshops, and planning forums.
- Support sector initiatives related to budgeting, vendor engagement, workforce planning, and governance.
- Document and follow through on action items, decisions, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, or technology management roles.
- Experience in a financial institution or technology division is an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; able to create clear, visually compelling presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- High learning agility, adaptability, and curiosity to understand business-technology dynamics.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage up, collaborate effectively, and work independently when needed.
