Job Description & Requirements

The main duties and responsibilities of the SNR EXECUTIVE, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT entails the following:

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of buildings, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations.

A)Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations - Manage building operations, including M&E systems, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), National Environment Agency (NEA), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance Management- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control - Assist in preparing annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets and monitor operating expenses.
  • Stakeholder Management -Serve as a point of contact for residents and handle feedback and complaints.

B)Duties

  • Oversee facilities services and coordinate contractors.
  • Support events logistics and ensure performance meets contractual KPIs.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and audits.
  • Manage security access control systems.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Provide facilities and administration support.

C)Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Diploma in Facilities Management/Building Services/Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in building/facilities management, or in Integrated Facilities Management.
  • Required Certifications: Fire Safety Manager, WSQ in Workplace Safety and Health, Facility Manager.

Technical Skills

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate in problem-solving is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and statutory requirements
  • Familiarity with building systems (M&E, HVAC, fire protection systems, lifts)
  • Possess a valid driving license is an added advantage.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance, safety, and quality.
  • Proactivity: Ability to anticipate and prevent facilities-related issues.

Salary range: $3,300 - $4,700 per month
