- Aid cross-functional teams in identifying and enhancing efficiency and financial sustainability in operational and clinical processes
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Support data collection, cleaning, and integration efforts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Develop and sustain effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement frameworks to enhance collaboration and alignment.
- Assist to perform any other ad hoc project and duties assigned.
Requirements
- Min dip/deg in any discipline
- 3-4 years of experience, preferably in data analysis/planning/healthcare
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Team player and collaborator
- Excellent communication skills
- No experience needed, training will be provided
