The Role & Landscape: You will serve as the strategic visionary responsible for designing and governing the enterprise technology blueprint that integrates AI and Industry 4.0 capabilities across end-to-end global operations. Acting as the primary technology advisor to executive leadership, you will bridge corporate IT strategy with tangible solution delivery.

• Design and own the enterprise blueprint across ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, SCM, and AI platforms for multi-site operations.
• Define the connected factory architecture, encompassing IoT, edge computing, real-time OT/IT convergence, and smart factory intelligence.
• Architect AI/ML integration layers across operational systems, enabling predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI agent orchestration.
• Design predictive quality systems, defect detection models, and digital twin frameworks for production simulation and real-time visibility.
• Establish architecture governance standards, integration strategies (API gateways, event-driven meshes, data fabrics), and maintain clear architecture decision records (ADRs).

What We Are Looking For:

• 12+ years of comprehensive IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving as a Solution or Enterprise Architect within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A proven track record of designing multi-site, multi-country enterprise systems across the APAC region.
• Hands-on experience architecting AI/ML solutions for production environments, specifically including LLM integrations, RAG architectures, and MLOps governance.
• Deep expertise in Industry 4.0 frameworks, OT/IT convergence, MES platforms, and modern data architecture (Data Mesh, Lakehouse, Kafka/Flink).
• Strong cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, or GCP) combined with enterprise ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle).
• Highly preferred: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF 9/10, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent AI/Data credentials.
