What You Will Do
As a Senior Commercial Director, you will have the unique opportunity influence the regional strategy in Asia Pacific, while increasing revenue.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Forge strategic partnerships and expand our market presence.
- Lead and mentor a diverse, multicultural sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Align sales processes with financial goals to deliver profitable results.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to optimise performance.
- Manage complex distributor and agent networks across multiple countries.
