You will manage the 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor in your specialized market.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients within the Supply Chain, Facilities, or Construction industries.
- Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships, understanding their unique hiring needs and company culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to coordinating client interviews and gathering feedback.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage candidate expectations, negotiate salaries, and successfully close offers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market shifts to advise clients and candidates effectively.
What We Are Looking For- Experience: * Associate: No prior recruitment experience required, but a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- Consultant: 1–3 years of agency recruitment or B2B sales experience.
- Senior: 3+ years of proven 360-degree recruitment experience, ideally within technical sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, or Construction is highly advantageous.
