Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and procurement of equipment and furniture. Facilitate user workgroups by organizing regular meetings, guiding departments, and reviewing performance indicators. Collaborate with various stakeholders on equipment and furniture specifications for tenders. Provide recommendations based on the technical compliance of medical and non-medical equipment. Support evaluations by tender committees for the procurement of equipment and services. Maintain communication between user departments and consultants to ensure a comprehensive design and development process. Keep updated on healthcare planning topics to guide hospital development effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for project management and procurement experience. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable. Proven leadership qualities and strategic planning abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition. Good listening skills with a positive attitude. Ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships effectively. Strong team player, capable of interacting with all organizational levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong presentation skills. Detail-oriented, organized, logical, and analytical, with the ability to integrate diverse aspects of projects. Independent worker with strong initiative and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Affinity for technology and its enabling capabilities.
